The Tack Shack is special because of who owns it. Jennifer Collins is not only a saddle designer, but has been an avid equestrian for 45 years. She has competed in disciplines such as Western Dressage, Ranch, and HuntSeat. Jenn doesn’t just design saddles, she understands how they are supposed to fit and function as a rider and trainer.

Jenn started The Tack Shack in 2012, selling new and gently used saddles, tack, and clothing. In 2016, Jenn started designing her own line of Western Dressage, Ranch, Reining saddles. She now offers a full line of custom Western saddles. In addition to her custom saddles, Jennifer is also a Sales Rep for Miguel Aguilar Custom Saddles, ever since meeting Miguel in 2019.

The combination of 45 years of riding and competing, plus working with some of the best saddle makers in the industry, has provided Jennifer with the saddle fitting knowledge that she loves to share with others. She has formal saddle fitting training from Lynn Palm, Cyril Pittion-Rossillion, and Axel Bourdin (of Forestier of France).
